As Chartered Surveyors we have an in-depth knowledge of the legislation relating to occupancy of flats both from the Landlords and Leaseholders point of view. We deal with the collection of ground rents, budgeting, administration and collection of service charges as well as ensuring regular maintenance by way of cleaning and gardening together with larger contracts of repair and decoration.

We have a significant number of residential properties both houses and flats let to tenants under our management. We can give all necessary advice to Landlords dealing with referencing, rent income protection, tenancy agreements and repairs. We have a team of preferred contractors who deal with day to day maintenance matters ensuring Landlords ownership is as trouble free and economical as possible.
We are responsible for the management of a large number of commercial properties on behalf of clients in locations ranging from Hampshire up to South London across to Brighton. The buildings we look after include offices, high street shops, restaurants and industrial premises. We are careful to ensure that our landlord clients obtain the maximum return possible from their properties. We ensure that tenants comply with their lease covenants with regard to repair and decoration, look after rent collection and insurance as well as giving advice on rent reviews and lease renewals. At the end of a commercial lease if necessary we can prepare an appropriate schedule of dilapidations.
